As the kids were getting older this couple needed to create more usable space within there current house for their growing teenagers.
The existing house was completely gutted and reconfigured to produce a teenagers retreat downstairs comprising of 2 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom and lounge room. Upstairs boasting another 2 bedrooms, large kitchen and lounge leading out to a large undercover alfresco area creating a more usable yard.
