A dual occupancy development in which DGS Construction Group worked closely with the owners from concept to creation making the task of being a “first time developer” a simple adventure. Two new 4 bedroom homes were built on 1 block consisting of hardwood timber floors, polyurethane kitchens, merbu decks and a rendered texture external finish. Upon completion the two properties were then subdivided and sold to some extremely happy new owners. A good result for all involved.
