ENGADINE #2

This inhabitable house was part of a bigger project (a strata sub-division). After a week of rubbish, asbestos and vermin removal, the team at DGS Construction Group began the unthinkable task of renovating this dilapidated beauty. The house was stripped back to bare frame with some timber needing replacing due to rot. It was then recladded and a new colour bond roof installed. Plumbing and electrical were then renewed and new gyprock placed. A new kitchen, bathroom and flooring completed the internals whilst a new deck, grass and fences completed the externals.
